For BIPOC hair: If you have coily curls, Don't go here. I hate to write this because Kat was such a sweet stylist and we got a long really well but I’m devastated about how my hair turned out. I wanted my hair reshaped around my face and for my bangs to be trimmed. We discussed in the beginning about prior poor experiences I’ve had with stylist not understanding shrinkage and taking off too much.
