The only thing they are worried about is getting your money.
I have lived here for 3 years and I will not renew. Managment lies about what is being done to fix issues. They dont pay the trash bill on time causing the dumpster to overflow in 90° weather. But you better not be late paying that bill. If they could keep a manager in the office for more then a few months, they might actually know how to do their job! We moved in 12/31/2019 and we signed lease for pets free in this unit . We had bed bug issue in the first month and we let the management know about it. They brought pets control and did treatment after 1 month later we had this issue again and still they force us to live here and they don’t want to switch unit or they say we can pay early termination fee and move out . Bad service for what you pay
Terrible
Arabella has the most unorganized and untrustworthy property managers I have ever worked with. I would NOT recommend living here as numerous errors have gone wrong (incorrect lease, unable to sign lease for 12 days, no working AC, the list goes on and on). The property management group has no idea what they are doing, which is unacceptable. Stay away.
