Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this cardiologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? They were average Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
