I first met Penny when they did a Sydney trunk show. I had only just gotten engaged and Ara was the first dress experience I had. Fast forward a year later and I went into their Sydney store and immediately booked them in. The only 'difficult' part of the dress was me wanting the sleeves to be a particular way, but the team worked tirelessly to get it to the vision I wanted. The team at Ara Experience were amazing making me feel so special each time. They knew exactly what I wanted and were able to give me the dress that I dreamed of. They are reasonably priced and the quality of the dress was beautiful. They were really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Would highly recommend!
I was initially drawn to this boutique because of the promise of a custom-made, highly personalised experience, and the team was very kind and welcoming at the start. The experience with this boutique turned into a nightmare. At my second fitting, we agreed that the cup needed to be taken in, but instead the entire side of the dress was altered. The absolute greatest team, Penny & Matt have made my wedding dress process easy from the beginning, I felt so comfortable as a pull size woman with so many options to choose from through their modular approach.
