Poor scheduling personnel and processes. The texted 20 min before my appointment that I had scheduled 2 weeks earlier and canceled. There was. I apology they made me start all over. I asked for a supervisor to call me back which they did not. I canceled the rescheduled appointment and am going to another imaging service. A 1 star rating is being generous.
The reception staff is OK, but given the "cattle herd" of patients that come through, it's probably a challenging job. Tech staff doing the actual procedures have been good, in my experience. Where it falls apart is in the billing. In two different visits with a total of three procedures, I was told when I booked them, what my "estimated" copay would be.
