I had a dash cam installed here. Before paying, I only wanted to make sure that it was working. That’s when the employee started complaining. He told me that even if the dash cam didn’t work, it wouldn’t be their problem because they only did the installation and that they had already tested it. I told him that there was no need to take it that far. I hadn’t even said there was a problem yet. I just wanted to test it, but he kept repeating the same thing several times. Unfortunately I have to give this business a poor rating. I went in looking for my signal light and hi--beam indicators on my new Dakota Digital dash to be wired in and an electrical issue related to the heater, a/c blower fan. Those issues were resolved which I appreciate. What I don't appreciate is a hefty bill for work I never asked them to perform and a non-functioning air conditioning unit that was working prior to my visit.
