Dropped my car off, got a call 4 hrs later my new dashcams had been installed. Awesome! I get there and they are going to show me how to use the app but my fob seemed to be dead....nope, almost full battery.....figured out the keyless entry fuse had blown. They changed the fuse and I was omw! Very confident now that I'll catch whatever is going on around me! everyone was very nice and when I save up for my remote start I'll be back!!
Went to ara with a blowing radio fuse. Their radio magician worked on it for a few hours and got it fixed! They were very communicative through the process and very helpful. Highly recommend
Really good customer service and excellent workmanship. I had a small ground issue caused by another service company, and it affected my audio system, that was installed by ARA. Despite it being caused by a different business, they fixed it, no questions asked. They’ve won my loyalty. That kind of service isn’t easy to find. I definitely trust these guys. BTW, the subwoofer they installed is crazy!!
After struggling to find parts for the stereo in a 2016 Ford Focus SE, I was pointed in the direction of ARA Auto Accessories. Russ , the car audio expert, not only had the part I needed, but installed it within an hour after I arrived. Russ and Wes Neufeld were courteous, prompt and professional from start to finish. When it comes to your car audio, I would recommend this company to anyone
