Horrible experience! Paid to put my part on hold. Drove 3.5 hours one way for them to tell me that they can't find that part! I called the following week to ask if they located my bumper. They said unfortunately no. I told the guy at the counter that i found one on ebay. After he found out how much i paid for the bumper and shipping he puts me on hold then gets back on the phone and tells me that he's found me a bumper. These guys are a joke! This was no doubt the worse Customer service i ever had in my life I was told a one price and was locked in on that price and then when I was going to make the purchase they raised the price on me trying to price gouge me by a Hundred fifty dollars. I will never return here again and I encourage other to do so also don't do business with these people there shameless

I bought an engine from the in october 2014. When I called i was told the engine had 118,000 miles. When I picked it up the tag said 183,000 when I asked about about it, I was told it was the engine's compression. When I asked about the mileage again I was then told it had 140,000 miles. I told the person coming with me that originally they had told me it had 118,000 miles. WARNING!!! These guys Lied and should not be trusted! Our companies have purchased many parts from wrecking yards for many years and never have we seen such dishonesty! Purchased an engine that was said to have been tested and would be guaranteed for 3 months. First Engine was delivered to the wrong address, then finally corrected it showed up with no oil. It was also upside down on the pallet, loose with broken parts. We called them and they reconfirmed their warranty so it was installed in vehicle. Engine had severe Knock.... read more
