Did NOT do the proper flashing around my chimney. I have a soft spot on my roof under the shingles they put down, now why would that be?? Roof isn't even 10 years old yet!

Just had new soffits, fascia and gutters replaced on our home. Angel was very quick in coming out and giving us an estimate. He provided great suggestions and noticed a detail - having our flashing painted to match our new black color - which I did not even consider.
