I have been filing my taxes at this specific AR Rahman location for about 3 years now. I have never had any issues and would give them 4 stars. However, I went on March 23rd to file my taxes and the woman who helped me made a big mistake. I gave her two T4 slips, however, she only included one in the calculation and missed about 90% of my income. When I went back the next day, she stated that “this is not your mistake or my mistake.
