Asked for translation service. Was told that she don’t do Ukrainian and gave me a number of another women named Olesya. I’ve sent her needed documents and a payment cuz she said she doesn’t work without prepay, and she disappeared. She failed to do any translation on time, already more than a week passed and I got nothing. Now I have to search for another. Waste of time and money
This location seemingly has only one employee. When I went, they said they'd stepped out to file court documents which would take 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half (I waited and checked every 15 minutes). When I entered, they'd already taken another customer, without informing me they'd returned to the office. Your time will not be prioritized here, and the posted hours change drastically based on the lone employee's schedule.
