Nail techs were nothing but nice and talented… front desk girl has an attitude problem but good style. Don’t try and make conversation unless u wanna be met with a blank stare and one word responses

I’d like to respectfully mention that the customer service experience has been disappointing the staff answering the phone and at the reception desk often speak to customers in an unprofessional manner sometimes my calls are ended before I even finish speaking, also when I ask if a certain employee is available for my appointment, I’m told they are fully booked, while the website shows availability. The overall attitude comes across as rude and dismissive towards customers

They always give me great service. Luxury feel for a reasonable price. So many skilled nail techs. It's THE place to get your mani pedi.

This is the best nail salon, hands down! Bella Bong gives the most incredible pedicure and is very helpful in choosing the best color for your skin tone. I can't recommender her, and this salon, enough. 5 stars are not enough!

Clean cute nail salon though it took an hour for the nail technician to do my pedicure which I felt was a long time and they didn’t consider putting my friend and I together after we requested to. She also put pain on my toe nail too. Such a pricey $45 pedicure
