I built a home with AR Rosewood homes and had a superbly incredible experience. Every phase of the construction process was awesome. The design phase took us through a few iterations of different home plans. After spending a while on one floor plan the president, Charlie, took extra time to meet with us again and present a whole new floor plan. If you are Jewish, be careful: One of their project managers has posted anti-semitic conspiracy theories relating to the "Jewish Owned Media" on his personal facebook page. When I contacted the company about this weeks later, within a day the account blocked me. They have since stopped responding. From all indication, the project manager is still working for them. I do not think ARH Rosewood is itself anti-semitic, but their handling of this incident has caused me concern.
