My air conditioner was freezing. I was assigned this company by the home warranty company. The guy came to my home, checked the air conditioner gas and nothing more. He just said that he didn't know why it was happening. Anyways I had to pay $70. I had to pay $450 to a REAL specialist, who found out the internal fan was stuck and had to replace it. Now my air conditioner works perfectly.
