Love this place but they’ve been closed the last 2 times I’ve walked by, including today (8/7)
I ordered the combination chicken and shrimp fried rice — you know, a dish that should reasonably contain… wait for it… chicken and shrimp. What I received was a rice mountain with one sad shrimp, a few bits of chicken playing hide and seek, and some shredded cabbage shoved in the corner like an afterthought. Is there a shrimp shortage I wasn’t made aware of? Or did the chef just decided I didn’t deserve protein today? For the price I paid, I expected a meal — not a rice filler with attitude. It's more of a takeout place. Not recommended for dine in. Fried rice is a bit lackluster. There's only one shrimp in my combo fried rice which is kinda ridiculous. Other dishes may have more potential.
Loved the Tea Leaf Salad! And my husband loved the Potato Chicken Curry. Proprietor is sweet and friendly. Great service
