For a simple oil change these guys were great. Even rotated my tires no charge and gave me a discount for cash. Super easy to deal with and good guys to talk with. For more challenging leaks, they struggled to identify the real problem, ultimately suggesting 4 grand in work that actually would not have fixed the problem (which was properly diagnosed and fixed nearby for less than half of Alpha's quote). I would go back because the people are great, but just for less complex challenges.

I am not happy at all with the service I received from AR Design. I placed an order for a diff. wrench on Friday 7/10 and paid for 3 day shipping hoping the wrench would be shipped on Monday and delivered before the next weekend so I could swap the differential on my BMW. There was no indication on their website that the item was not in stock and my credit card was charged. Hands down the best BMW shop in Denver in my opinion. They are extremely reliable and I trust these guys opinions each time. They have done awesome work for me and I won't be taking my BMW anywhere else but here.
