i currently live at the Toll House apartments in greensburg and i HIGHLY do not recommend these apartments!!! almost a week ago my husband and i discovered a small swarm of honey bees on the INSIDE of our unit. they had gotten in through a hole where the brick was missing and neglected by maintenance. the property manager had told us he would take care of it the next day because the office was closing and he doesn’t work outside of his set business hours. the next day maintenance discovered a very large honey bee hive that h... read more
I live at Timber Ridge in New Stanton & I LOVE it. So many trees it's like living in a park. The grounds are always neat & clean, the manager, Alyssa, is friendly & helpful & the 2 maintenance men respond right away if you have a problem. I'm very happy here.
I wish I could give this organization negative stars. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. My sister and I signed an 18 month lease, paid our rent on time (they cash your checks early so be aware of that, I put notes each check we send), were good tenants. We noticed a lot of people moving out of the complex and from our building around the time we should have signed a new lease. I am getting married and we wanted to try and sign a 6 month lease, they would have charged us over $150 EXTRA to sign a short term lease. That would have been o... read more
