Mother in law needed emergency service. Unable to leave her home in the dead of winter. AR-BE came to her rescue the very next day. And the installer was fast, expert, and trustworthy. Dave returned my 7 AM call in record time to slightly modify what I wanted for her, and his scheduler Frances was unbelievable. Caring, efficient, smart, followed up, you couldn't expect more. I called AR-BE and they were out the very next day. Victor went over my options and I decided on a new door and the order was placed and they(he) was back out the very next day! We have had AR-BE garage out twice in two weeks to fix two separate issues. Dave came out for both issues quickly, assessed the situation, and was able to diagnose/fix the issue immediately! Dave and his employees always do a great job, arrive in a timely manner, and clean up whenever they do work. AR-BE always completes any issues we have with our garage doors. I highly recommend using this company for any garage door issues!
I found my AR-BE garage door opener installation to be an expedient and flawless process. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail in his work. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Disappointed with Service and Accountability. I’m extremely disappointed with this company, They installed my garbage door but when I reached out for service, the owner Dave refused to help. We have been at this home for 17 years and has received service from this company in the past. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I expected better follow through and professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or long term support.
