Mother in law needed emergency service. Unable to leave her home in the dead of winter. AR-BE came to her rescue the very next day. And the installer was fast, expert, and trustworthy. Dave returned my 7 AM call in record time to slightly modify what I wanted for her, and his scheduler Frances was unbelievable. Caring, efficient, smart, followed up, you couldn't expect more. I called AR-BE and they were out the very next day. Victor went over my options and I decided on a new door and the order was placed and they(he) was back out the very next day! We have had AR-BE garage out twice in two weeks to fix two separate issues. Dave came out for both issues quickly, assessed the situation, and was able to diagnose/fix the issue immediately! Dave and his employees always do a great job, arrive in a timely manner, and clean up whenever they do work. AR-BE always completes any issues we have with our garage doors. I highly recommend using this company for any garage door issues!
Javier was my installer. A+++. Initially called for a garage opener replacement. I had concerns with the door (wooden) itself and he took the time to maintenance and give pointers on how to maintenance. Javier also was patient in my concerns to make sure the lightbulbs got installed and to set up the code to the door opener to showing me how to use the car opener. I received a quote from AR-BE Garage Doors a couple weeks ago and I was ready to go with them for a new garage door but when I called I was told that Dave, the owner, retired and sold the company to a larger company. It's disappointing that Dave didn't say anything while he was here. I stinks that I have to begin my research for a new door again.
