What amazing people in general. I had my drivers side window randomly shatter on me. After getting some extremely overpriced quotes I came across AR. Stephanie was awesome to deal with and because of a mix up in scheduling on my part they stayed late to get my window installed. Amazing family owned and run business. Highly recommend.
Emails received while inquiring were rude and unprofessional. On top of that the lack of proper grammar or even attempt at a complete sentence prevented me from even finishing inquiring.
I’ve never been met with such unkind, unprofessional, and borderline illiterate service as quick as I did with them. I inquired about replacing a windshield. The initial response was lacking in punctuation and any friendliness, so I thought it was a scam response. Obviously I would NOT be sending my vin, just in case. I’ve since found service elsewhere and they were kind and said providing vin was entirely unneeded. All I had to do was answer questions about the car. No issues.
