I called this company after seeing the google guarantee to come fix my washing machine. They came the next day which was nice but when he got here all he did was the same things I had done- unplugged and plugged the machine and tried to start multiple cycles. When that didn’t work he said I needed a new motherboard and that it would cost almost $500 (parts and labor)- for a machine less than 2 years old. I had A&R come out and repair my refrigerator as well as check out my other appliances - the washer, dryer, and stove. The appointment was easy to make and fit my schedule perfectly. The repairman called before arriving and arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed at how easy the whole process was and my refrigerator works perfectly now. Worst company I've ever tried to work with. For 3 weeks, they did nothing but lie to me, waste my time, scammed me out of their "service call" fee, and left my washing machine and laundry room door disassembled without ever fixing the problem. They also charged over $60 more than the next highest estimate I was able to get along the way. Any time I would call to get an ETA on parts, they said "tomorrow" without ever checking a tracking number - they'll just say whatever it takes to get you off the phone. I have an LG front loading washing machine that was leaking and filling up the catch tray with water. I called to have the problem diagnosed and potentially fixed. Knowing it would be a 65 dollar service call no matter what, I was fine with it because I was intimidated by the new technology in washing machines. The representative came out, took the top off the washing machine, and told me what was wrong. He then told me it was going to be a $250 fix.
