I contacted AR for a facial balancing because my sister in law highly recommended them. I reached out to them 3 months prior to get on the waitlist for Alexa and I got a response for openings but I let them know I was out of state trying to see them. They did an analysis of my face and told me what I needed and they told me they were busy. I completely understood that and gave them additional days of when I would be in town. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and the Moxie Laser treatment was amazing — quick, virtually painless, and my skin already looks brighter and smoother.
