Dr. Aquino has been my doctor for years. His staff is very courteous and helpful. I have number of health issues and Dr. Aquino is patient and explains what is wrong and treats me for my illness. Very good Dr. care Rhonda Wallace
I've been seeing Dr. Aquino for over 20 years. I never write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I felt I should. He is a very good doctor and he takes the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Aquino is excellent. However, his administrator and office staff leave a lot to be desired. Staff gives wrong diagnosis' to insurance companies, then lie to the Dr. I guess they don't realize the insurance sends a copy of the submission along with the denial. We have tried repeatedly since late February to get our records. Different physician offices have submitted request to no avail. We are refused appointments, yet have NEVER received the certified letter (or any letter for that matter) discharging us as patients. This... read more
I be with Dr. Aquino for over 10 years. I trust him (which is most important for me) and feel I'm in good hands.
I have Chronic Kidney Disease according to Dr. Aquino and Lab Corps. I also got angry waiting which raised my blood pressure which the Medical Assistant kept taking after I walked to the scales, to the bathroom then to the room. Your blood pressure is going to be high after exercise like that. After increasing my water pills strength, I questioned him on this as you don't want to dehydrate a kidney patient. His answer was, "I had my reasons at the time." I cut the pills in half and am doing fine
Very poor service. You get there on time and sit for up to an hour waiting to be seen. You go back and wait longer before doctor comes in the room. You could be there up to two hours for a routine appointment. It has happened to my family. When he does see you you get the feeling of being rushed because he is always behind schedule. Changed doctors and we are still waiting on copies of our records...3 weeks now. They're much better doctors in Clarksville than Dr. Ramon Aquino.
The office staff are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered at a doctor's office. They need a serious attitude adjustment.
