Aquilis was not helpful in the least ... poorly run and lack of customer service.😔

I really lucked out finding these folks. They looked at my laptop, gave me several clear explanations regarding what might be wrong, and explained what they would do plus cost. Excellent communication and I felt confident leaving my laptop with them. Parts were ordered, and less than a week later all was fixed, plus new battery humming along. Highly recommended.
Good service helpful people. The owner spent extra time fixing my PC when I had a last minute concern.
Chuck was great to work with. Helpful, cheerful, and he explained what he was doing. Prices seemed reasonable. A little hard to find right off a busy road but other than that it was great.

I recently had a number of issues with my computer, which Nick did an excellent job fixing. About two weeks later, I had an issue with my monitor not properly connecting to the tower. I brought it back in the store and the man who was there fixed it for no charge! Thank you! I will definitely be coming back when I have another issue with my computer.
