My son spent 54 days in the NICU and had lingering medical complications afterwards. Aquidneck Pediatrics handled our case with the utmost care, and professionalism. Very disappointed in this practice. My daughter has been there since she was a young child and to find out she’s no longer a patient because she’s not up to date on her shots, which by the way, she goes annually, now she’s not a patient. So who is to blame for this? Did they ever tell me she was missing anything? This is on them!
Wonderful staff and care received for 5 years now. I am taking away a star for the new virtual reception process. This is the stupidest thing I've seen in the health community to date. You have VERY capable and helpful receptionists here locally. I really hope this trend is a bust and it is removed soon!
Disgusted with the care and lack of competency in treatment. Been a patient here for years and have been misdiagnosed on multiple occasions such as, lime disease, pneumonia and more.
I think I’m more in shock right now that Megan over at Aquidneck Pedi just told me that per office policy they do not schedule sick child visits and only offer those visits between 8-9 am. What’s more frustrating is even though we did go during their 1 hour time slot we were told it was too busy and unfortunately could not be seen. I’m livid and want to actually bring this to channel 10 bc I’m mind blown they don’t offer sick visits. Has this happened to anyone else?
