They were suggested by the insurance company after a leak in our basement. My husband showed them exactly where the leak was (so diagnostic fee of \$150 is a sham ) and the plumber found out the seal on one of the water pipes was gone. Husband said they were there maybe an hour and as soon as they found out Geico was paying the price was over \$500. Would not suggest them at all.

Excellent customer service! I called into my home warranty company for service and was told that I would recieve a call in the morning from Aquia Stafford Area Plumbing. I did recieve a call first thing in the morning and was told that someone would be able to come out to my house the same day. When the plumber (Greg) arrived he was professional and more than helpful. He covered his shoes to protect my floors before entering my home. Great company. When I called the customer service representative for assistance she was more then helpful. The plumber came within hours and was professional and considerate. He fixed our problem, talked to my husband on the phone, and went over the next steps of our fix your-self project with me. He provided us with the service we needed and did not try to take advantage of us like the previous plumbing company we called. I recommend this company and will use them in the future.
