Woke up at 6am Friday Feb 27th to find my car gone, and I thought it was stolen. Living at Aquia 15 Apartments has been one of the most frustrating and genuinely traumatizing experiences of my life. What started as a simple lease renewal turned into months of wasted time, anxiety, and outright deception from management. I've called repeatedly, visited the office in person, and received phone assurances that issues were "resolved" – only to see nothing change days later. Outside of an upstairs inconsiderate neighbor, the staff and location is amazing. I’ve enjoyed my time here and every interaction I’ve had with the staff. This was the first apartment I’ve ever moved into and they made it very cut and dry. Super convenient location too
Tome un apartamento en Aquia Fifteen desde Octubre 2025 y siempre había encontrado al equipo de administración muy atento y diligente bajo la administración de la señorita Luisana, era feliz de vivir en este lugar. Pero ahora todo a cambiado bajo la nueva administración esto no ha sido igual de verdad que la calidad del servicio bajo es particularmente mala negligente es increíble como influye la percepción de todo con los cambios administrativos que deberían ser para bien. Extrañamos a la antigua administración.
