Please stay away from this apartments because they have new tow company my car just got tow because my state inspection expired I thought that was police matter but news flash this tow company told me if your car inspection expired even pass one day or if you park your car and you low on air in your tire they will tow your car because this apartment management told them to go ahead and if you have issue with maintenance like if you need something fix in your apartment maintenance will come but your issue is not going to be f... read more
The leasing office ladies are always welcoming, professional, and friendly. Thank you Aquia 15 for sending the snowplow so early. Our parking lot was cleared by 5:30 am and our maintenance team was clearing the sidewalks by 8:00 am. All the hard work is so much appreciated!
I've enjoyed my time at Aquia Fifteen Apartments at Towne Center so far. The staff is responsive and quick to address any concerns, and my maintenance requests have been handled promptly. There's plenty of parking, and while I haven't had the chance to explore the property yet (pool, fitness center, etc)my building is generally quiet. At times, movement from above can be noticeable, but overall, it's a comfortable and well-managed community that I would recommend.
I’ve been here for 2 years now and it’s been overall pretty good. It’s always quiet around my apartment building and maintenance has always been so helpful and making sure it’s no additional issues when they come in. The only thing I will say is the rent increase in just these 2 years has been outrageous especially being that this is supposed to be low income housing. Also, the garbage overflow can be crazy.
I’ve lived here going on 2 years now, it’s quiet and maintenance is pretty quick. I just wish they gave two parking passes for tenants with two vehicles, it’s plenty of parking spaces.
