My husband and I applied for a townhome at 6411 NW 63rd St through Realtor Erica Toles, and the experience has been very disappointing. After viewing the property, we filled out a paper application that took over a week to process, then were told to apply again on Zillow. The application fee was never mentioned upfront during the tour — it was brought up later. It’s now been three weeks with poor communication and no clear updates.
