I like to think of managers as the parent who sets the atmosphere for the entire family. Dawn LaPorta is an excellent manager and an asset to United Community Bank. Dawn and her staff always greet me with a smile when I walk through the door and are so personable and engaging. I recently refinanced my truck and she made the entire process pleasant. I love this Bank ! The employees always remember who I am and call me by name, even if I have not been in the branch in half a year I've never had an issue, and I highly recommend!
Fantastic customer service everytime I am there . Dawn makes each visit very welcoming, she is a top notch manager .
