I had a very disappointing experience at the Woodforest Bank branch in Mooresville, NC. The assistant branch manager, Karina Cano, was rude, unprofessional, and exhibited behavior that felt racist. I waited nearly ten minutes without acknowledgment, and when I finally received assistance, I was met with unnecessary demands despite providing my paystub for a paycheck deposit.
