Jayden and Kelly are awesome they are always personable and helpful. I love how Woodforest is ran like a smaller more personal bank and not like a corporate one just pushing numbers. I personally had a death in the family and had to travel out of state and my card was locked for security reasons I tried to call the 1800 number on my card and was unable to get help but when I called my local branch (this location) the branch manager (sorry forgot his name) was able to help immediately. Long story short love this branch!
The whole staff is amazing. They treat me and my kids like family.
