When they were power washing the building and lower floors, dirty water backed up through our kitchen drain and made the entire house filthy. After we reported the issue, they left us to deal with the mess for over an hour, claiming they needed proper tools and materials to investigate the problem. In the meantime, they handed us a vacuum and expected us to empty the dirty sink every 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!
