I had a leaking pipe under my sink that kept getting worse. I called this plumbing company and they responded quickly. The plumber arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it without trying to upsell me. The work was clean and professional, and the price was fair. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely call them again.

When they were power washing the building and lower floors, dirty water backed up through our kitchen drain and made the entire house filthy. After we reported the issue, they left us to deal with the mess for over an hour, claiming they needed proper tools and materials to investigate the problem. In the meantime, they handed us a vacuum and expected us to empty the dirty sink every 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!
