This company did a great job on a difficult project -- replacing the Kitec plumbing in two 25-year old condo units. Thoroughly professional work and always a pleasure to deal with.

The plumber arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it without trying to upsell me. The work was clean and professional, and the price was fair. When they were power washing the building and lower floors, dirty water backed up through our kitchen drain and made the entire house filthy. After we reported the issue, they left us to deal with the mess for over an hour, claiming they needed proper tools and materials to investigate the problem. In the meantime, they handed us a vacuum and expected us to empty the dirty sink every 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!
