Update after 10 months of membership: Had to cancel and go with Sams express car wash . Unfortunately looks like nobody there respect our time,or value the money we spend there . Every time I go there the vacuum suction is soo weak ,no maintenance whatsoever. I've asked the young man with water hose about the manager ,or anybody should be in the office ? He was like somebody should be there ,then turned his face away as if he doesn't care about my issue ,or eager to find out what's wrong .or at least go find that manager! At... read more
Always great customer service! Very friendly.
1/3 of the vacuums were not connected. No one warned us when we arrived to get the car washed. All the other vacuums were full, and cars were just waiting around. We will be going to Sam's Xpress Car Wash up the street. This isn't the first time having issues here.
