I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash near Concord Mills today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kenny greeted me right away and genuinely cared about making sure my Jeep Wrangler was properly taken care of. He noticed my Sky One-Touch roof immediately and made sure extra care was given during the wash process, which I really appreciated.
