Didn't have the best experience living here. There was a charge for everything, to use the moving elevators, to use the party room, etc. Was not allowed to use the parking space that came with the unit. Demographic was rather older and would complain over the littlest noises like watching a video on the phone, meaning the walls were thin. Hostile neighbors caused a hefty "noise fine" close to move out date...
