Pros: JC is experienced and knowledgable about sprinkler system and repairs. Responds over the phone quickly (before making payment). Quality of work is professional. Cons: charges trip to store to buy parts as labor hours. In my case, he used most of the 90 degree angle pipes in his previous job and needed to go to homedepot to buy a few more. JC knows his stuff, and the prices are reasonable. Our sprinklers are quite old, and hidden by growth. He was able to locate all the valves and the leak. Very professional, and a good communicator. I typically do whatever repairs I can. So he was giving me tips on things I could do to keep things running smooth.

JC was our 3rd opinion on trying to get our lake pump/irrigation system fixed. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. He spent hours troubleshooting and replacing our lake pump. JC kept us in the loop the whole time making sure we understood the costs. We are now able to irrigate our yard after 4 weeks!! We will be using JC for all of our irrigation/lake pump needs moving forward.
