Denise has no idea what customer service means. Four weeks ago, I made an appointment to have our inground pool closed and was given an appointment for yesterday Oct 8 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Yesterday at 3:17 pm, I received a call from her informing me that the appointment had been canceled, just like that, with no apology for the inconvenience or anything. Hired them to build a 41x20 gunite pool with 2000 square ft of stamped concrete patio. Very bad company and experience, one of the worst I have ever had with an organization. I would implore you to look elsewhere. Unless of course you like putting yourself through misery. The salesman, Greg, was nice which made me feel comfortable with the company during the sales process. Unfortunately he disappears fast and you have to deal with the foreman and the owner, Peter. Being a pool owner for over twenty years I highly recommend Aquatime! The people are outstanding and will go out of their way to assist with pool problems and complex water testing if needed. They are honest and will help balance your pool, teach you if you want to learn more, and try to keep costs down. I have been to other pool stores and NO one compares! The only place I will go now.
We had a great experience having a new liner put in by Aquatime Pools and Spas. I would highly recommend them. They were highly professional and have great prices.
