What a wonderful business and that fine young gentleman behind the counter helped me with everything I needed
I don’t know this gentleman’s name, but I really want to recognize him for his kindness. During the snowstorm at Williamsburg Condos in North Chelmsford, we were struggling to reverse our cars. He was driving a truck with a snow plow and did not hesitate to get out of his car, grab his shovel, and help us. Denise has no idea what customer service means. Four weeks ago, I made an appointment to have our inground pool closed and was given an appointment for yesterday Oct 8 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Yesterday at 3:17 pm, I received a call from her informing me that the appointment had been canceled, just like that, with no apology for the inconvenience or anything. Hired them to build a 41x20 gunite pool with 2000 square ft of stamped concrete patio. Very bad company and experience, one of the worst I have ever had with an organization. I would implore you to look elsewhere. Unless of course you like putting yourself through misery. The salesman, Greg, was nice which made me feel comfortable with the company during the sales process. Unfortunately he disappears fast and you have to deal with the foreman and the owner, Peter.
