I was at the Freeport location taking an exam for the Lifeguard Management course and had the opportunity to witness Sarah working with the group of lifeguards she was training. Although I was not enrolled in her course and was simply there for my exam, I was truly impressed by her approach to instruction. Took the lifeguard instructor course and it was the best red cross class I've participated in. Instructors were highly knowledgeable, patient, and communicated clearly and professionally. It was obvious they were experts in their field and seasoned at teaching. Everything was well organized and communicated from the first outreach email to course completion. I will absolutely do my recert and all future courses through them.
Great experience. Interactive, engaging, and comfortable learning space.
