Willfully negligent in his operations and has been unresponsive in my attempts to resolve the issues he caused due to lack of up-to-date knowledge on procedures
Jeff cleans our pool weekly & monitors the chemicals. He is a teacher currently so he cleans starting early June up until Labor Day but it works for me. I don't mind cleaning myself a couple weeks before & after his schedule allows. He does a really good job & is very responsive & professional. His pricing is very fair too. Much better than the bigger companies I looked into before deciding on Aquatic Pool Service.
Jeff is the best. High level of communication and always go the extra mile with his work.
