I just drove by there and seen a pizza place and a liquor store in place of where they were located they are not anywhere in that shopping center.
Worse service ever, Tim tells he'll be there and never shows up, called him multiple times he always tells you what you want to hear. Very very unprofessional.
We cannot say enough about Tim. he came out, immediately diagnosed our problem, Told us it would be two weeks to schedule us in and was out in ONE week.. He really knows his stuff. He ran into a couple issues while replacing the pool heater and just fixed them. He explains everything the whys and what fors. Tim is so knowledgeable - our "GoToGuy"
100% support for these guys. They replaced my filter system a few years ago. Did an awesome job, even with the internet connection. A few weeks ago i noticed a crack/leak on the connector to the heater. They knew exactly what to do, came out and fixed it, and did not see the need to charge me. I offered to pay, and they said it was no charge. I love these guys. They have integrity, accountability, and honesty. If you have a choice, pick Aquatic Innovations, Inc....100%
I love the work that Tim and his crew do, professional and always get the job done right. They have been servicing my pool for three years and it was a nightmare before them. I went through three other pool services in the area before I found Aquatic Innovations and these guys are second to none.
