Awesome workout! The classes are fun and challenging, the instructors are engaging, professional, friendly, love what they do! The workout is fabulous: no joint pain, lots of cardio and weight training, it's made me stronger!

I have been a member since August 2023. I suffer with sciatica. The full body workouts have helped reduce those flare ups. I’m sure it is because the exercise effort is mine to tailor. Each instructor is so supportive and friendly. There are morning and evening classes to accommodate all schedules. Come give it a try!
The most dedicated trainers. Great experiences doing exercises in the water that I physically can’t do on land. Feels great after a class.
