I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this nail shop. I needed four nails repaired, and the staff quoted me $30 for the repairs alone. Considering that a fill typically costs less than $45, I was surprised to hear that they would charge me for both the fill and the $30 for the repairs. Additionally, the shop felt old and outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor. I recommend looking for a cleaner nail salon that offers better customer service.
The lady was nice at first but then she said my nail were unable to do acrylic which I thought was weird considering my moms a nail tech also. She insisted on doing dip and I said okay because she said acrylic would be 125 and she did the dip super chunky and dark and charged way too much for chrome. Halfway threw she asks me if I has cash app or Venmo because there card reader was down. And I didn’t have both.
