Poor Communication. I filled out the contact form twice on the website and never heard back, which is fine. I then called and spoke to someone, he asked me to send him a picture of the fountain that I needed help with. I had to follow up several times and was then told he would come by and give me options for how he can help by the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago and I have still not heard anything.
