These guys are truly professional. I recently hired Aquatic Leak Locators to find a leak in my Association’s community pool. They found a leak in one of the return lines. However after the repair we believed we still had a leak. True to their word Aquatic Leak Locators honored their warranty. They came back and searched until a second leak was located in the main return line. They sent their tech out who made the repair. Aquatic leak locators was recommended to me as a service that was affordable and trustworthy. The Project did not proceed as either they, or we had hoped. It was difficult. But in the end they in fact were both affordable and trustworthy. Communication with Jennifer was transparent and prompt all along. Their integrity alone makes me glad to recommend them. Add to that the quality of their work and I highly recommend them!
Quickly located multiple leaks in the community pool. All repairs were efficiently completed and they even put the pavers back in. Excellent, professional, quality work! Highly recommend.
I am not one for leaving a negative review but I have to tell you that my company was not happy at all with the service that was provided to us. We hired them for a repair in which they did. The communication from Jennifer was ok, but nothing from the actual repair person. Like hey Im here id like to show you what Im doing etc... nothing.
