Aquatic leak locators was recommended to me as a service that was affordable and trustworthy. The Project did not proceed as either they, or we had hoped. It was difficult. But in the end they in fact were both affordable and trustworthy. Communication with Jennifer was transparent and prompt all along. Their integrity alone makes me glad to recommend them. Add to that the quality of their work and I highly recommend them!
Quickly located multiple leaks in the community pool. All repairs were efficiently completed and they even put the pavers back in. Excellent, professional, quality work! Highly recommend.
I am not one for leaving a negative review but I have to tell you that my company was not happy at all with the service that was provided to us. We hired them for a repair in which they did. The communication from Jennifer was ok, but nothing from the actual repair person. Like hey Im here id like to show you what Im doing etc... nothing. had a leak. Jennifer was very responsive. team came fast and and did an excellent job from the leak detection to the skimmer repair. great service and fair price
They did not show up on day that they were booked for, office called and apologized and said they would come first service in the morning. Next morning we waited until lunch and called again and they said not sure why tech did not show up and now they will be there at 1 to 3. They finally showed up and fixed the leak. I get the invoice and they charged me more than discussed and charged me extra 50 because I have a waterfall. Do not use this company!
