He did not even go around the entire pond to see if he got all of the leaks, I was standing outside with him the entire time and he DID NOT examine the back of the pond .He offered to charge me THOUSANDS of dollars to rebuild the entire pond. Hi, I'm the business owner. I found 2 leaks for this customer and resolved both. I charged $250. I also explained that there may be other leaks, but she said she couldn't afford any more work. When those leaks I predicted showed up weeks later, she refused to pay me to repair those, stating "I can't afford to fix all the leaks as they present themselves. I'd prefer you rebuild it from scratch" I gave her the price and then she wrote this fake review.

I would never recommend his service. Not because he doesn't know about fountains, he does. It's because he is so condescending, obnoxious and rude.
