RecommendedAll of your reptile needs, I have had 6 bearded dragans over the years, most recently I called them with symptoms my Barron is having now , their knowledge and willingness to help is stellar! Customer service is awesome!
I walked in and had to walk right back out. They have an Ozone Machine running in the store, which if you read the Instruction Manual, ALL Ozone Machines are NOT MADE to be used with humans in the room. They are only to be used in rooms where there are no people or animals who could be harmed by breathing in the resulting air emitted from the machine. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. The employees helped us pick specific fish and even a frog to coexist in our tank! Worth the hour long drive for sure 10/10.
I've been coming here for years for my Bearded Dragons needs. The staff is so refreshingly knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to always make you feel important despite how busy they can be. I feel like I should tip them often with the amount of help they've given me with my beardies and answering my MANY questions. Always very patient and thorough. Their word is gold to me . Usually I dig super deep and triple research things, but I have full confidence in their input. They care. I'll never go anywhere else.
One of my favorite stores in the quad city large selection, new stuff all the time. Knowledge staff that will help with all your needs. Love shopping there for coal and fish needs
great place..love their fish and tanks
Their employees are very knowledgeable about their fish but sadly don’t follow what they know. To many times I have seen over crowded tanks with several different species that should not be in the same tanks. Their puffer fish have my biggest concerns, figure 8’s with GSP’s and most recently they have had several species of dragon puffers with those puffers which have caused severe injuries to the smaller puffers.
