We hired Aquatic Dream Pools to repair our pool and install a liner. We payed over $3000 for repairs to the pool and installation of a new liner. Unfortunately the repairs didn't hold and we watched $1,375 dollars worth of water run down the hill. After many calls and no-shows, they came an fixed it. Naively we again filled the pool and again it didn't hold. Another $750 worth of water down the drain (literally). After many messages and a request for a refund, we're having to resort to a legal process to get our money back.

If you are looking to have a pool installed, this is not the company that you want. The Owner David Hjelm is not reliable what so ever. Let me explain: On Tuesday I provided this gentlemen with a wealthy deposit to install an in ground pool. On Wednesday his crew showed up and basically had to wait on his arrival. When he did show up, he was so intoxicated that he could barely stand up. Thursday was supposed to be a work day but he never showed up, come to find out that his team had quit on him because of his actions. Friday... read more
