Ed and Wendy are the best! Super helpful, great people, and an all around great company to deal with. And delivery person Brandon was courteous, professional, and put new heat pump exactly where is needed to go. Need more companies like this!

I've had my aqautherm pool heater down more than it has worked. Leaking breakdowns now and it takes 2 months and still no resolve.
UPDATE 07/30/2024 --A representative called me to apologize for the information received by the initial customer service representative. Company voided the diagnose fee and provided the cost of the labor to install the screen that needed replacement and offer ETA to install. 3 weeks later a technician came and installed the part. We got our unit 06/2021. It has been working like a dream. This year we noticed that the numbers in the led screen are hard to read we think it’s the sun hitting the display. Call to make the appointment to replace it (labor is out of warranty but we still have parts). Everything ok until the rep told me that I needed to pay $284 for someone to come and diagnose the equipment. In the top of that labor charge.
