I would give Jay six stars if I could. He is reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. His technical background makes him very good at diagnosing problems and solving them the right way the first time. For example, during the “big freeze” of February 2021, my heater sprung a leak resulting in a pool shut-down. Because of the demand on local inventory, the part I needed was not available anywhere in the DFW area. But that didn’t stop Jay. I left a voicemail with Jay after receiving his information from another customer of his that gave him a glowing review. Jay returned my call quickly and was able to sort out our issue after seeing just a few pictures of the pool hardware. Within a day or two our pool pump was fixed and ready to run good as new. He also checked in after a few days to make sure everything was still running well. I cannot recommend Aquatechnik Pool Service enough.
