Very good experience. Staff was very helpful!
Had them open up our pool for the season and they completely drained it (which you should never do with a fiberglass pool since the water pressure is necessary for structural stability). Pool now has a bulge and a large crack on the bottom that was not there before. Do your own research. Tikki Pools has been around for a while, but there are new owners, who are landscapers “dabbling “ in pool maintenance. Charged us $1700 to remove leaves prior to draining our pool. Paid them off to get them out if our lives and backyard.

Maybe my expectations were too high! Started weekly service at end of May, still do not have a clear pool. I informed them early on that the pool was extremely dirty. I was told they would come out & clean 2 consecutive days but that has not happened. I was told they offer a “school” but that education has yet to occur. The times placed on my weekly pool service form do not match the times that my cameras show work being done unless it takes 20 minutes to complete the form in their truck/van.
