Called and left a message twice about a new install and never got a call back
Tiki Pool & Spas has been my go to place for pool care for years. The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter what my water looks like, they always seem to know exactly what it needs. Had them open up our pool for the season and they completely drained it (which you should never do with a fiberglass pool since the water pressure is necessary for structural stability). Pool now has a bulge and a large crack on the bottom that was not there before. Do your own research. Tikki Pools has been around for a while, but there are new owners, who are landscapers “dabbling “ in pool maintenance. Charged us $1700 to remove leaves prior to draining our pool. Paid them off to get them out if our lives and backyard.
