Jeff put our pool in 20 years ago and it has been super. It looks new, we totally enjoy it, and Aquasun still services it with closings and openings. Whenever we have had questions or issues we have received great service.
Jeff did a pool inspection for me on a house purchase and was very knowledgeable. As a first time pool owner, he answered all my questions and was great.
Jeff assigned project manager Chris to our storm repair project in spring 2021. Zero communication from Chris throughout entire demo/reno project which took months instead of weeks (no supply chain challenges). Difficult getting a hold of Jeff. Company was transitioning their billing software which became a nightmare for us, as they were not able to process our checks and put the blame on us.
