A pipe sprang a leak in my basement while I was out of town. When I got home and discovered the leak, mold had already formed. I tried to remediate myself, but testing by a mold inspection company showed a high level of mycotoxins was still present. I got quotes from two remediation companies. They both, of course, worked from the same inspection report which indicated the area of the leaking pipe as the main source of mold.
