AquaSpa Pools have done an amazing job at my house. We went from the demo of our old above ground pool to an Oasis wonderland in our backyard in just over two weeks! Pino and his crew did an amazing job. They were super clean., On time, and willing to put the hours in to make sure they hit their targets and commitments. Thank you to this professional team for our wonderful transformation and highly recommend to anyone who wants the same.
Please instruct your people not to cut through my front garden when distributing your pamphlets. And they just flung your pamphlet on my porch. You will NEVER get my business with that approach.
This review is not because I used them but because they do not have courtesy for residents in the area when they are doing work. I have lived in the same affluent neighborhood for over 20 years in Vaughan I have witnessed many home improvement companies working in my neighborhood. Never have I seen such carelessness and lack of respect by such companies. AquaSpa and Pools did a great job on my front steps. I did all concrete and the job was immaculate. Anthony project managed the job. He provided options, advised me of what works best, aesthetics etc. The job was secured and scheduled all in a week. Tony and his concrete crew did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable. They left the job site clean and removed the old steps. I'll add pictures once the concrete cures. I'll highly recommend AquaSpa and Pool to anyone.
We’re approaching the end of our third season with our pool, and looking back, we can honestly say we would hire AquaSpa Pools, specifically with John Perri as our project manager again. John is one of the most patient people you will ever come across. We went into this project with a bit of hesitation after being disappointed with previous home projects.
