John has been our pool guy for the past 4 years. His prices are very reasonable and he's always reliable. He also recently saved my sanity when an electric surge took out our home's electrical panel ($2k), both our HVAC systems ($30k !), and our pool's control hub right before a major heat wave hit. Excellent pool tech with affordable, quality service! We have used John for 5 years and appreciate and value his knowledge and genuine, personable approach, even in the height of the summer season when he is very busy, for good reason of course!
Stood around and smoked cigarettes the entire time just to tell me I needed to order a part and they have to come back. Didn’t clean their mess or even call me back for an update on ordering. Went with another company, I wanted to support a local business but if they don’t care about their reputation then I don’t either.
This is our second year using John as our pool tech. His prices are very reasonable and our pool always looks great.
